At Islamic Histories, all products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations or returns for custom-made products, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Accepted Returns & Refunds
- Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order. Please provide clear photographs showing the issue.
- Lost packages: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Incorrect size received: If the size received does not match the size ordered, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds Not Accepted
- Minor color variations: Slight differences in color may occur due to variations in screens, printing processes, and materials.
- Incorrect shipping address: We cannot provide refunds or replacements when an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer.
- Incorrect size ordered: Please carefully review the size options before placing your order. Returns or refunds are not accepted for incorrectly selected sizes.
- Change of mind: Returns or refunds are not accepted if you change your mind after placing an order.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because it was unclaimed or could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
