NO CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All products are made to order and custom-produced specifically for you. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned unless the item is defective.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Misprinted, damaged, or defective items – Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Lost packages – Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Wrong size received – If the size tag does not match the order, a return or exchange is accepted.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Minor color differences – Colors may vary slightly due to different printing processes.
  • Wrong shipping address – No refunds or exchanges if the provided address is incorrect.
  • Wrong size ordered – Please check the size chart carefully before placing an order, as we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection.

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
